Shipping and Ordering
How long will it take my order to ship?
We strive to get our orders out within one business day of submission. Turnaround occasionally may be longer depending on order volume or inventory issues. Anyone order using Free Shipping over $50 will be shipped via UPS Ground. Tracking information will be sent when order is sent out.
International orders should leave our warehouse within one business day as well, but transit time could be up to one month based on carriers.
How much does shipping cost?
We are happy to offer UPS Ground shipping for free if your order is $50 or greater. We also offer faster UPS shipping options. Pricing for these will be presented at checkout based on carrier rates.
For international orders, we charge a flat rate of $24.99 for USPS international shipping.
My Shipping address is incorrect on my order. How can I change it?
Please contact us at info@actiivbrand.com or 877-690-6466 so we can change your order shipping address before it ships out.
I did not get my product, but it says it is delivered. Can you send another package?
Please email info@actiivbrand.com for more information on lost packages. Please double check the shipping address on your order to be sure it was sent to the correct address.
I would like to cancel my order.
Please email info@actiivbrand.com immediately to request an order cancellation. If you do not cancel before the order is shipped out, we can set up a return for a full refund.

Product Questions
How do I use ACTIIV Recover & Renew lines?
For optimal results, both lines are used in the shower, 3 times a week. Allow the treatment to remain on the hair and scalp for 5 minutes.
What Ingredients are Used in ACTIIV Products?
We strive to use high-quality, plant-based ingredients in all of our products. We use a special extraction process that allows our plant ingredients to work to their full potential. You can see an overview of our ingredients, including how they work and which products they are in on our Ingredients Page.
Each product page on our website also contains a full ingredient list for that specific product.
I am currently using a minoxidil based product & want to make the switch. What should I know?
If you are currently using a minoxidil-based product, you should slowly wean yourself off, because the alcohol in Minoxidil can cause rapid shedding. Slowly decrease your doses while regularly using Actiiv Recover over a period of 3-12 months to avoid rapid shedding from the Minoxidil products.
What is the difference between the Recover Men's and Women's Products?
While the Recover Men's and Women's Shampoo Treatments may have similar ingredients, the concentration of certain ingredients varies between the two.
Each line is safe for the opposite gender to use, but the products are formulated to see much better results with the corresponding gender.
Are ACTIIV Products Safe for Color and Keratin Treated Hair?
All ACTIIV products are safe for use on color treated hair, and hair that has received a Keratin smoothing treatment!
Can I use ACTIIV more than 3 times per week?
It is safe to use ACTIIV treatments every day. However, results are not improved by using more than 3 times per week.
How long does it take to see results?
There is a major reduction of shedding and hair loss between 2 and 6 weeks. Density and coverage begin to restore in 3 months. Peak results are usually seen between 9 and 24 months, depending on the severity of hair loss before beginning the system.
If I only wash my hair once or twice a week, will the products still work?
The Recover line must be used 3 times a week to obtain desired results. The Renew line must be used at least 2 times a week.
Can I wash my hair with another shampoo or conditioner before or after ACTIIV?
Yes, ACTIIV is still effective even when used in conjunction with other products. This is all a matter of personal preference.
What happens if I quit using ACTIIV?
If you stop using the product, you will slowly revert back to your previous state of hair loss. The time it takes for this to happen is the same as the amount of time you have been using the product. If you miss a day or two, it is ok, however, consistent use and prevention is key.

Did any of the formulas change?
No! Even though we have updated our packaging, the products inside the packaging are the same plant-based Actiiv products you know and love! You will still use the same line (Recover or Renew) that you have been enjoying.
We did add some new products to the lineup to up your hair product game!

Did any of the sizes change?
Yes! All of our 6oz Shampoos and 5oz Conditioners have been upgraded to 7oz. Our 2oz Travel Size products have been upgraded to 2.7oz. The best part? No price increase! So you get more product for your money.

I would like to retail ACTIIV Products in my Salon. How can I purchase them at wholesale pricing?
ACTIIV products are sold to Salons at wholesale pricing exclusively through Cosmoprof. If you are interested in selling our products in your salon, please visit their website to find a store location or contact a Sales Representative in your area.
