Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with your online order for any reason, you may return remaining product for free within 90 days of the date of receipt for a full refund. We will provide a fully paid return label when the return is set up.  Actiiv accepts returns for items purchased from our website only. 


We stand behind our products and we want you to love them, too. If you are not 100 percent satisfied for any reason after using our products, please contact us within 90 days of the date of receipt at info@actiivbrand.com to set up a return and request a free return label. 

If your package contains defective product or appears to be damaged in transit, please contact us at info@actiivbrand.com to request a free return label.


To submit a return request, please email us with your order number at info@actiivbrand.com and we will respond to confirm that your request has been received. Please securely package your return item(s) in the original packaging if possible and include your original packing slip, indicating which items you would like to return.

ACTIIV WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM A THIRD PARTY (SALON, DISTRIBUTOR, ONLINE SELLER, ETC). PLEASE CONTACT THE THIRD PARTY SELLER DIRECTLY FOR A REFUND.
THIRD PARTY SELLERS SHOULD PROCESS REFUND WITH THE CUSTOMER, THEN REACH OUT TO US TO DISCUSS REFUND AT APPROPRIATE PRICING.


All refunds will be credited to the original payment method only. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
