Sport Clips Giveaway Terms & Conditions

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor. The “ACTIIV x Sport Clips Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Nutraceutical Research Innovations, LLC d/b/a ACTIIV Hair Science, 2517 Eugenia Ave, #202, Nashville, TN 37211 (“Sponsor”). Sport Clips Haircuts is a promotional partner of this Giveaway (“Promotional Partner”); the Giveaway is administered solely by Sponsor.
2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Promotional Partner, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and members of the same household of each such person, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Agreement to Rules. By entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
4. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
5. How to Enter. During the Giveaway Period, complete all of the following on this page: (a) follow @actiivbrand on Instagram; (b) follow @sportclips on Instagram; and (c) submit your name and a valid email address through the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not comply with these Official Rules are void. Use of any automated system, bot, or other device to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails from ACTIIV; you may unsubscribe at any time (see Section 11).
6. Winner Selection and Notification. On or about July 6, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner (the “Winner”) in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential Winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message within four (4) days of the drawing and must respond and confirm acceptance within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random, time permitting.
7. Prize. One (1) Winner will receive one (1) YETI cooler containing ACTIIV products and branded merchandise, including the ACTIIV RECOVER System, ACTIIV REMEDY Dandruff System, ACTIIV Thickening Hair Serum, ACTIIV Beard Oil and grooming essentials, and ACTIIV branded merchandise (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $[INSERT ARV]. Only one (1) Prize will be awarded. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. No cash equivalent, substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any component) of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the Prize.
8. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes the Winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and Promotional Partner’s use of the Winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and/or entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.
9. General Conditions; Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Giveaway Entities and Instagram / Meta Platforms, Inc. (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications; technical, hardware, software, or network failures; or any human or technical error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
10. Disputes; Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
11. Privacy / Use of Data. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at actiivbrand.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy and consent to receive marketing communications from ACTIIV, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.
12. Platform Disclaimer. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
13. Termination / Modification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor.
14. Winner List. To request the name of the Winner, send an email to info@actiivbrand.com with the subject line “Sport Clips Giveaway Winner” by August 6, 2026.
15. Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
